About the job
The Security Supervisor is an important position that demands hard work and coordination with other team members to perform duties effectively. The following are the responsibilities of a Supervisor:
- Protect the staff of TCL
- Protection of the physical assets of Rendeavour
- Protect Tatu City residents, tenants, and visitors
- Close Protection of Rendeavour Executives and families
- Provide escort duties to Rendeavour Executives and families
- Respond to emergencies, including suspicious activity, criminal behaviour, and security breaches, in accordance with laid-down security plans
- Respond to fire outbreaks and coordinate with external fire responders as necessary
- Provide Supervision and OJT to the Usalama Team
- Coordinate with the Armed CIPU officers on security matters
- Submit daily shift report to the Security Manager
Requirements
- High School Certificate, minimum qualification
- Prior experience as an armed security officer with a minimum of 6 years in the police force or military service
- Relevant firearm license and training
- Clear criminal record
- Familiarity with report writing
- Excellent surveillance and observation skill
