About Them:
- Nairobi Women’s Hospital is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to offering exceptional patient care, promoting health, and empowering communities. They are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic and skilled Human Resource Officer to join their Mombasa branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR management systems.
- Handle staff welfare, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate employee performance appraisal systems and training programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team.
- Support workforce planning and development initiatives.
- Provide advice and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters.
- Implement and monitor employee health and safety protocols.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Major, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience. Hospital or healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
- Membership with IHRM or a relevant professional body is preferred.
