ROLE SUMMARY
- The HR Intern will provide vital administrative and operational support to the Human Resource Department. Reporting directly to the Human Resource Business Partner, the intern will assist with day-to-day people operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance tracking, HR reporting, and employee engagement. This role offers practical, hands-on exposure to comprehensive HR processes within a dynamic and busy hospital environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Holds a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: Must be a recent graduate in Human Resource Management.
- Technical Skills: Good computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and basic data entry.
- Core Knowledge: A foundational understanding of HR functions, labor relations, recruitment processes, employee records, and HR administration.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, take initiative, follow instructions, and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn
