Role Overview
- As the Front Desk Receptionist at Maestro Homes, you are the face and voice of our firm. You will create a warm, premium first impression for our clients, buyers, sellers, and real estate agents. This role goes beyond just answering phones; you will manage the energetic flow of our front office to ensure our office environment reflects the high standards of Maestro Homes Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients, agents, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and high-end reception and lounge area at all times.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently. Take detailed messages and distribute inquiries (like new property leads) to the appropriate agents or departments.
- Assist in planning and executing meetings
- Handle challenges proactively and ensure seamless service delivery
- Help direct walk-in or call-in buyer inquiries to the \”on-duty\” agent according to company policy

Experience and Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Hospitality, Front Office management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets. Quick to learn industry-specific software (like CRMs or MLS portals if needed).
