Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the F&B Manager in daily outlet operations
- Maintain and elevate service standards across all outlets
- Oversee staff scheduling and staff training initiatives
- Lead daily briefings and staff training initiatives
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are upheld
- Monitor buffet presentation and service quality
- Drive ala carte sales and guest satisfaction
- Manage stock control and operational efficiency
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and functional
Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field with minimum 3 year’s experience in a similar role
- Work experience in a 4-Star hotel or resort
- All-Inclusive (AI) experience is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational ability
- Professional, proactive, and service-driven
