Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Tender Strategy & Execution – Lead product selection, pricing alignment, and submission of compliant tender documents.
  • Market Intelligence & Product Access – Analyse competitor dynamics and facilitate institutional product listings through regulatory submissions.
  • LPO & Supply Chain Management – Negotiate LPO terms, oversee deliveries, and ensure timely payment follow-up.
  • Growth & Renewal – Drive new business development and manage tender renewals to sustain market presence.
  • Pharmacy Engagement – Strengthen hospital pharmacy relationships to optimise product flow and liquidation.
  • Governance & Compliance – Conduct quarterly checks and manage distributor claims to uphold operational integrity.
  • Distributor Oversight – Monitor distributor performance and sales data to inform strategic reviews.
  • Performance Tracking – Maintain and update tender trackers to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in tender management or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical tender processes and distributor operations.
