Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement clear, structured recruitment processes aligned with Zeraki’s detailed career ladders.
- Collaborate closely with managers to maintain clearly defined role descriptions and structured expectations.
- Utilize competency-based assessment frameworks to accurately identify and select high-potential talent.
Talent Development & Performance Management:
- Implement and continually refine structured onboarding programs, clear performance frameworks (e.g., structured evaluations, competency-based assessments), ensuring fairness, consistency, and clarity.
- Support rigorous application of Zeraki’s performance management processes, emphasizing growth and development.
- Identify high-potential employees through structured performance reviews and develop tailored development pathways aligned with established career ladders.
Workforce Planning & Succession:
- Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs aligned with Zeraki’s growth objectives, focusing especially on cultivating talent internally.
- Lead structured succession planning efforts to ensure readiness for critical positions through consistent talent development and structured assessments.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Use structured engagement frameworks and clear career progression opportunities to foster high employee satisfaction and retention.
- Champion internal mobility and clear career paths, enabling employees to see and pursue growth opportunities within Zeraki.
Data & Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze key talent KPIs (e.g., hiring quality, retention, succession readiness), leveraging analytics and insights to inform strategy.
- Learn and integrate advanced analytics, including AI-driven tools, to enhance decision-making, predict talent trends, and optimize workforce performance.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- Approximately 3-4 years of work experience, ideally in an HR generalist, recruitment, or talent development role.
- Demonstrated foundational understanding of structured onboarding, recruitment practices, and performance management frameworks. Experience or strong interest in learning data-driven talent management methods is preferred.
- Candidates with strong generalist HR backgrounds, analytical capabilities, and a willingness to learn structured methodologies and analytics tools are strongly encouraged to apply.
