Job Description

Are you passionate about sales, customer relationships, and achieving targets? We are looking for energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit new clients
  • Market and sell financial products including logbook loans
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up on leads and close sales
  • Ensure proper loan documentation and compliance
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in financial services, is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
