Job Description/Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES
1.    Possess natural ability to talk and connect with customers (Social skills)
2.    Must Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
3.    Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
4.    Recommend and display items that match customer needs
5.    Help manage our online presence on Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
6.    Keep up to date with product information
7.    Accurately describe products features and benefits to customers.
 
REQUIREMENTS
Must have
•    Fluent in English and Kiswahili
•    Have a valid National ID
•    Solid communication, interpersonal skills and have a Good attitude towards work
•    Friendly, helpful, confident, engaging personality and willingness to work (Must have)
•    Fast learner and confident in your interactions
•    Basic computer use knowledge i.e Microsoft office (word, excel, publisher)
•    Internet use / know how to research and learn using the internet
•    Social media understanding (Facebook, Instagram, tiktok)
•    Live within Nairobi and its environs
 
Preferred
•    Basic knowledge in media, photography, and videography
•    Experience with sales and online sales and marketing
•    Knowing basic Photo/Video editing is a plus
•    Customer service focus
