They are currently looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to join their team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role oversees the sales operations within a specific region, ensuring that the region meets its sales objectives. The Regional Sales Manager will also manage, guide, and mentor Sales Team Leads and Territory Sales Executives, driving market penetration and customer retention. This role is essential to implementing national sales strategies at a regional level to achieve growth and maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Proficiency in using sales CRM software and MS Office suite.
