Job Description
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- The primary job function of the Programme Manager – Administration supervise administrative team members and ensure that daily office operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner and ensuring that the facilities are fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
Customer Service & Office Coordination
- Manage front desk duties including call screening and visitor guidance
- Ensure smooth guest and diary bookings across departments
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and staff
Housekeeping & Facilities Oversight
- Coordinate daily and deep cleaning schedules company-wide
- Track and manage cleaning equipment, cutlery, and crockery inventory Oversee quarterly pest control and bi-monthly window cleaning schedules
Compliance & Wellness Coordination
- Ensure timely renewal, payment, and display of business and statutory licenses Coordinate company wellness activities such as staff birthdays, baby diaper program, and monthly devotions
- Prepare and distribute newsletters and celebratory communications
Facilities Administration
- Scheduling and coordinating Fumigation calendar for the entire Company. Scheduling and coordinating a deep cleaning calendar for the entire Company.
- Plan and organize the purchase of office supplies in accordance with purchasing policies and budgets.
Other Duties
- Supervising, mentoring, training and coaching junior administrative staff to ensure maximum productivity.
- Regular (monthly) check ins and appraisal of the wider administration team Support all departments across the company in ad-hoc duties diligently and in good time.
