Job Description
- Riset Software & Systems LTD is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy POS & ERP Software Training / Sales Executive to join our expanding team.
- The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, customer training, software presentations, and sales. You will be responsible for training clients on our POS & ERP systems, conducting product demonstrations, supporting implementations, and helping grow our customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train customers on POS & ERP software systems
- Conduct software demos, presentations, and product walkthroughs
- Support software implementation and onboarding processes
- Assist clients with setup, troubleshooting, and user support
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Visit client sites for training and support
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Business
- Management, Entrepreneurship, or related business field
- Strong interest in technology, software sales, and customer training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sales and customer relationship skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
