Job Description

  • Key responsibilities:

    • Oversee quality control, grading, and inspection across the packhouse floor
    • Ensure compliance with GlobalG.A.P., HACCP, and export market standards
    • Lead internal audits and prepare the site for certification audits
    • Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances and customer complaints
    • Train and supervise QA/QC staff on standards and procedures

    Qualifications:

    • Degree or diploma in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years’ QA experience in a packhouse or export horticulture setting
    • Working knowledge of GlobalG.A.P., HACCP, BRC, or similar standards
    • Meticulous record-keeping and strong attention to detail
    • Location: Solai, Nakuru County, Kenya | Full-time, on-site with travel as needed
