Requirements

​Minimum Qualifications 

  • Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN).
  • Valid practising license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or leadership role in a busy hospital environment.

Skills Required 

  • Strong clinical leadership and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent patient assessment and critical care coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate nursing teams during high-pressure situations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage emergencies and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and service excellence.
