- Reporting to the Director Outsourced Services, the Manager – Accounting, Payroll, and Outsourced Services (APOS) will lead and manage a team of finance and accounting professionals supporting various assignments. The role entails delivering high-quality accounting, payroll, and outsourced services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive financial management experience, and a proven track record of overseeing financial operations in dynamic environments serving multiple clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of financial professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
- Oversee the delivery of accounting, payroll, and outsourced services to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement training and development plans to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and financial metrics to clients and senior management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting for the department.
- Assist in business development activities, including client acquisition and retention strategies.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in accounting, payroll, and outsourced financial services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive team performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
