Job Description

  • Plan and host scheduled TikTok Shop live sessions to showcase and sell products
  • Demonstrate product features, pricing, and offers clearly and accurately during live sessions
  • Engage actively with viewers — answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging purchases in real time
  • Maintain a consistent live schedule (e.g., set days/times per week) to build a returning audience
  • Monitor and report basic session performance (viewers, engagement, units sold, revenue) after each session
  • Prior experience hosting TikTok/Instagram lives or livestream selling (an advantage, not mandatory)
  • Confident, engaging on-camera presence and clear spoken communication in English and Kiswahili
  • Basic understanding of TikTok Shop, social commerce, or willingness to learn quickly
  • Comfortable with product demos and handling live audience questions
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a fixed live schedule
  • Basic phone/photography/lighting setup knowledge is a plus
