Job Description

Senga is a Nairobi-based startup streamlining supply chains and logistics for formal retail, starting with Africa.

About the role

You will support our sales and software engineering teams. You will understand our business and products deeply, and understand our customers’ businesses and products deeply, and connect the two for success on both ends. You will help to get our software products to market. You will have an opportunity to learn and grow your skills while engaging in different parts of the company.

Your qualifications

Recent university graduates with Electronic Engineering or Computer Science backgrounds interested in pursuing a career in a start-up environment. You are very technically adept, friendly, organized and work easily will all kinds of people.

Qualities that will aid in your success at Senga include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Technologically savvy
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Good administrative and organization skills
  • Ability to persuade
  • Experience with ERPs is preferred
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and data flows

Physical demands & work environment

Regular work hours are required. Students in active class schedules need not apply. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.

You will report to the Sales Manager and CEO.
