About the Role They are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join their growing team of Insurance Sales Representatives. In this commission-based role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their insurance needs, and proposing solutions that meet their specific requirements.
● Prospect and develop new leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, referrals, networking)
● Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service
● Develop and present customized insurance proposals for various lines of coverage (life, health, property & casualty)
● Negotiate and close deals
● Maintain and service existing client relationships
● Achieve and exceed sales targets
● Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans
Qualifications:
● Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Actuarial Science a strong plus)
● Minimum age is 25 years
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
● Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients
● Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
● Excellent time management and organizational skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● A valid Kenyan Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) license is a plus Benefits:
