• Develop recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates.

• Establish and maintain a performance management framework, including regular appraisals, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
• Work closely with management to develop and monitor employee KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
3. Employee Relations
• Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
• Promote a positive organizational culture, ensuring employee engagement and satisfaction.
4. Training and Development
• Identify training needs, develop employee skill enhancement programs, and manage training budgets.
• Coordinate leadership development and succession planning to strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline.
5. Compensation and Benefits Management
• Manage compensation structures and employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration, including retirement plans, health insurance, and employee wellness programs.
6. Policy Development and Compliance
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor adherence to labor laws and manage risk by proactively identifying HR compliance gaps.
7. HR Information Systems (HRIS)
• Maintain HR records and documentation in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Utilize HRIS data to generate reports, analyze trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
8. Workforce Planning
• Conduct workforce analysis to project staffing needs, optimize resource allocation, and plan for future workforce requirements.
• Collaborate with management on organizational restructuring and workforce changes as needed.
9. Health, Safety, and Welfare
• Ensure the health and safety of employees, implementing workplace wellness programs and adhering to occupational health standards.
• Manage employee return-to-work and reasonable accommodation processes.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
