Ensure responsible financial stewardship in the hospital
On behalf of our esteemed client, a hospital in Eldoret for the position of:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure responsible financial stewardship in the hospital.
* Oversee development/review and implementation of established policies and organizational changes.
* Manage day to day operational a ies to ensure smooth running of the hospital.
* Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to identify and address their issues and needs.
* Build and maintain relationships with hospital stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with current healthcare laws and regulations to maintain legal and regulatory oversight.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree in a similar field will be an added advantage.
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a hospital administration role.
* In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical terminology, and operational protocols.
* Proven experience with administrative and accounting processes is an added advantage.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
