Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Health Administration, Bachelor of Commerce, Business Management, Bachelor of Business Information Technology(BBIT), or a related field
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ability to learn hospital systems
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills with close attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, service-oriented and able to work effectively in a faith-based healthcare and academic environment
