1. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Analyze trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies within the SAHL & Consumer Banking  ecosystem, sharing insights with the strategy office and business units to drive informed decision-making.
2. Commercialization Strategy Development: Craft and implement commercialization strategies tailored to the SAHL & Consumer Banking  ecosystem, focusing on payments, credit, and fintech innovations to maximize ecosystem value.
3. Unified Sales and Service Approach: Collaborate with various business units, including Corporate Banking, SME Banking, and Treasury, to develop a cohesive sales strategy that integrates all SAHL & Consumer Banking  offerings.
4. Customer Onboarding and Integration: Design and implement seamless onboarding programs for customers within the SAHL & Consumer Banking  ecosystem, ensuring smooth integration into the value chain and enhancing customer experience.
5. Ecosystem Business Planning: Lead business planning for the SAHL & Consumer Banking  sector and sub-segments, aligning strategies with Relationship Managers and ensuring that all initiatives support the overall business objectives.
6. Product and Service Bundling: Coordinate cross-functional efforts to bundle digital financial services, such as payments and credit products, into comprehensive solutions that meet ecosystem needs.
7. Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities within the SAHL & Consumer Banking  ecosystem, working closely with Relationship Managers to acquire new clients and build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
8. Tailored Financial Solutions: Collaborate with product teams to develop innovative, Technology-Driven Financial Solutions Tailored To The Needs Of Different SAHL & Consumer Banking  ecosystem participants, with a focus on value-based pricing and rapid adoption.
9. Performance Metrics and KPIs: Work with the strategy division to establish and monitor KPIs and performance targets, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall strategic goals and implementing revenue-sharing mechanisms where applicable.
10. Credit Risk Management: Partner with the Risk Function to develop a value-chain approach to credit risk assessment and management, utilizing SAHL & Consumer Banking  data to streamline the credit process and enhance decision-making.
