Responsibilities :
- Day-to-day marketing activities such as market research, content creation, website and social media management.
- Developing marketing strategies, customer/client retention, and excelling in sales and customer service.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Work closely with the team to ensure effective marketing campaigns and achieve sales targets.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Generating high Quality creative Content for company blog and social media pages.
- Build Brand Awareness and sustainability; Engaging with online audiences.
- Keeping track of project timelines and budgets.
- Identify external online opportunities to improve market reach (events, partnerships, awards, and/or sponsorships).
Required profile
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in market research and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability in digital sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, preferably e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in Marketing and Designing software(s), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have attained B+ and above in their KCSE.
- Must be willing to work six days a week. (Monday – Saturday)
- Family or Personal Business Experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and proactively influence others.
