They are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and promote their products and services. The role involves welcoming customers, guiding them through their offerings, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also support management and staff with daily office tasks and help ensure smooth operations across the business.
• Reporting to the Director you will work in a creative and fast-paced environment supporting day-to-day office operations. Among others, your responsibilities will include the following:
• Lead customer support efforts, including booking vehicles, redirecting calls, and handling correspondence.
• Follow office workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and maintain professional communication across all channels.
• Maintain filing systems and assist with customer support initiatives across teams.
• Professionally handle complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Streamline workshop processes and develop relationships with insurance companies, assessors, and
potential work streams (e.g., embassies, car fleets).
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by anticipating needs and addressing feedback.
• Manage corporate website, social media, and customer inquiries.
• Network with industry experts to generate business and enhance brand awareness.
• Promote products and services.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a direct, tactful style.
• Organizational Skills: Outstanding time management, deadline-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); good presentation skills; familiar with office equipment.
• Experience: 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in customer service or as a service advisor.
• Education: Diploma in a relevant field; a degree (BSc/BA) and motor repair training is a plus.
