- Prepare desserts, pastries, cookies and sweet goods in line with recipe cards.
- Ensure that finished products are served in line with provided standards.
- Portion, plate and serve food according to hygiene and safety principles and procedures in a timely manner.
- Receive and store all food as outlined by company and airlines guidelines.
- Ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained and cleaning checklists are adhered to.
- Carry out all duties in line with departmental standards manual.
- Comply with the facility’s Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
