Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Diploma holders with substantial administrative experience may also be considered.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures and experience in scheduling appointments and visits.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in administration, office management, or educational institution management.
  • Experience in working in the education field will also be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
