They are seeking to recruit an accountant to work in our administration department.

Job Description/Requirements
- Bank Reconciliation of office and client accounts
- Manage Petty Cash
- Receive and receipt cash or cheques, and issue ETR receipts
- Prepare payment vouchers for employees and suppliers for Partners approval
- Draw Cheques for signing by Partners
- Prepare Payroll and generally manage it
- Capture invoices and bills
- Receive and process approved expenditure requests
- Manage and keep safe all the accounting documents
- Prepare and File Statutory Deductions monthly
- Carry out monthly analysis of office and client expenses
- Facilitate external annual audit
- Assist employees with filing their tax returns
- Support Advocates in following up, resolving and collecting client debts
- Follow up on long outstanding fees.
- Reconcile partner’s other business accounts and transactions
- Perform any other duties that may be allocated from time to time
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, commerce or related discipline from a recognized university.
- Relevant CPA certification KCSE minimum grade B+
- Proven experience in a similar position 2- 3 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Knowledge of legal business principles
