• Proven track record as an Interior Designer with expertise in transforming client visions into reality.

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team. The successful candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces, blending functionality with visual appeal, and providing expert color consultation in our showroom. You will work closely with clients, interpreting their needs and developing unique design concepts that align with their preferences and lifestyle, while staying up to date with the latest design trends.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle, translating these into innovative and functional design solutions.
• Provide expert color consultation in the showroom, guiding clients in choosing the perfect color schemes, mouldings, and natural stones for their interiors.

Design Development

• Create and present design concepts using sketches, 3D models, and design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Conduct in-depth color consultation, considering natural light, architectural features, and client preferences to curate custom color schemes.

Space Planning

• Develop floor plans that maximize the efficient use of space while balancing aesthetic and functional objectives.
• Apply innovative space planning solutions for residential, commercial, and corporate clients.

Material and Product Selection

• Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, mouldings, and natural stones that align with their design vision and budget, with a focus on color and texture.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of Classic Mouldings and other materials to provide expert recommendations.

Project Management

• Oversee the design process from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure seamless implementation of the design.

Trend Analysis

• Stay updated on interior design trends and color theory, including emerging technologies such as AI tools and 3D rendering.
• Offer clients fresh, contemporary ideas while balancing trendiness with timeless design principles.

Client Presentations and Communication

• Prepare and deliver detailed design presentations, including mood boards, visualizations, and video renders for client approval.
• Maintain open communication with clients throughout the project, ensuring their satisfaction at every stage.

Compliance

• Ensure that designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
