Job Description

  • Key Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management (Master’s an advantage)
    • 8+ years of senior hospitality management experience, with the last 4 in a GM role. Strong financial, revenue & leadership skills
    • Proficient in Micros Fidelio & MS Office

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic & operational leadership across the property
    • Drive financial performance, budgeting & revenue optimization. Oversee all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Finance, Security, Engineering, Sales & Marketing)
    • Build and mentor the management team; ensure compliance and accurate reporting to Directors
