About the Role
- The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive executive, operational and administrative support to three Directors within the Health Organisation. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, the role proactively manages competing priorities, supports effective decision-making and ensures the smooth execution of leadership commitments, administrative obligations and key business initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness, driving operational efficiency and supporting collaboration across Payment Integrity, Provider Partnerships, Controls and wider International Health stakeholders.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing complex international diaries across multiple time zones, prioritising and coordinating meeting requests based on business priorities and leadership commitments.
- Managing confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion.
- Preparing presentations, briefing materials, agendas and meeting packs.
- Anticipating scheduling conflicts and proactively identifying solutions.
- Supporting the Directors with administrative, operational and strategic coordination activities.
- Coordinating executive travel logistics and managing expense submissions and approvals.
- Coordinating leadership team meetings, workshops, offsites and departmental events.
- Maintaining organisational charts and distribution lists.
- Coordinating departmental planning activities and annual governance calendars.
- Building effective relationships with Executive Assistants and stakeholders across International Health.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- 5+ years of experience supporting Director-level or senior executive leaders.
- Significant experience managing multiple complex calendars simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating international travel and expense management.
- Experience working within a large matrixed organisation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Experience using SharePoint and collaboration tools.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
