Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Private Right of way (Right of Entry)/site acquisition-FTTx-Estate access, Apartments, Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs), Gated Communities-Negotiation with Property owners.
- Supervision of site acquisition agents, providing necessary support, verification, and approval of site acquisition data.
- Public Right of Way-acquire necessary permits from County Governments, Road Authorities-KeNHA, KURA, KeRRA, NEMA, KCAA.
- Review/verification of legal license agreements, lease or agreement/commercial agreements with landowners for spaces, Macro & Micro sites, BTS-GSM sites from the agent, and handover to the customer.
- Ensure acquired sites are deployed successfully, and sort out any issues raised by stakeholders/project-affected persons.
- Reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Academic Degree in Property Management, Project Management, Real Estate, Telecommunications, or a related field. Familiarity with the property management sector is a plus.
- 1 to 2 or More years of experience. Good English level.
- Knowledge in Computer skills (MS Office, digital tools-CRM,…). in ISO Standards
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work onsite or travel. Diligent character and customer-oriented.
- Willingness to learn new skills: Quality of project management and implementation plan deliverables, Telecommunication Technologies.
