Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Diploma holders with substantial administrative experience may also be considered.
- Knowledge of office administration procedures and experience in scheduling appointments and visits.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in administration, office management, or educational institution management.
- Experience in working in the education field will also be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
- Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
- Time management skills and attention to detail.
