Design Marketing Specialist Full Time

• They’re looking for a creative and versatile Design Marketing Specialist to join their team. In this role, you’ll blend your design expertise with marketing strategies to create visually compelling content that drives brand awareness, engages audiences, and supports business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and web assets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
• Create visuals for product launches, events, and promotional content to drive engagement and conversion.
• Optimize designs for multiple platforms (digital, print, social media, websites).
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and implement creative strategies.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing efforts.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and pitch creative ideas for campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, trends, and marketing techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design and marketing (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various mediums.
• Understanding of marketing principles and how design influences consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX design is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
