Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients.
• Handle all client communications professionally, including queries, complaints, and requests.
• Ensure timely response to client concerns and maintain detailed communication records.
• Business Development and Sales
• Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling of services to existing clients and agencies.
• Manage the complete client onboarding process, including contract execution and LPO acquisition.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the media agency landscape and client portfolios.
• Targeted Consumer Intelligence
• Project and Report Management
• Coordinate with internal teams to establish and communicate report delivery schedules.
• Review client briefs thoroughly and ensure data analysis teams deliver comprehensive reports.
• Conduct quality assurance through careful proofreading of all client deliverables.
• Financial Management
• Ensure timely dispatch of monthly invoices.
• Manage collections within agreed credit periods.
• Obtain necessary approvals for pricing quotations and contract renewals from Business development leadership.
