They are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse range of investments and real estate assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic investment plans as well as enhancing portfolio performance. This role involves collaborating with various teams and providing clients with informed insights and a high level of service.
Responsibilities :
● Oversee a real estate investment portfolio, managing assets from acquisition to disposition.
● Develop and implement portfolio strategies to maximize returns.
● Conduct financial analysis, including cash flow projections and ROI assessments.
● Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities for portfolio growth.
● Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, on-budget project completion.
● Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
● Communicate portfolio performance, market insights, and project updates to stakeholders.
Required profile
Qualifications :
● Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
● Proven experience 15+ years in real estate portfolio management, investment management, or asset management.
● Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a focus on real estate investment metrics.
● Excellent knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation, and project management.
● Familiarity with financial and investment analysis tools, as well as real estate management software.
● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
