They are looking for a dedicated Quarry Manager who can handle end-to-end operations of a quarry including machine maintenance, production planning, team leadership, and sales team management.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure production schedules are followed as per the planned schedules
- Check on equipment maintenance and repairs and ensure minimal machine downtime
- Order spares and required parts for machinery
- Planning of production schedules to ensure targets are met
- Team management
- Creating and sending weekly reports to the head office
- Oversee overall day to day operations of the quarry
Required profile
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent
- An Master’s in Business Administration would be preferred but not necessary
- At least 3 years of working experience in a quarry or similar industry
- Good communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
