Responsibilities :
Human Resources:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent, including managing job postings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews
• Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Oversee performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career development
• Manage compensation and benefits programs

Administrative:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient and effective office management
• Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance
• Coordinate and supervise administrative staff and their activities
• Ensure the smooth running of office facilities, including maintenance and liaising with external service providers
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping
• Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
• Carryout the renewal processes of company trade licenses, vehicles, insurances, etc
