- Initial Fee
To start recruiting now, pay an initial fee of Ksh 45,000. Pay online now, deducted later from our competitive success fee. Only one initial fee needs to be paid for between 4 to 10 named positions amongst all service categories (except Executive Search and Expert Search), which must be purchased separately. One lower initial fee saves you on upfront costs compared to paying individual fees for 4 or more positions.
- Success Fee
The success fee is only billed after hire, and is calculated based upon the service category each hired position fits into: 1.5 months gross earnings per junior candidate hired (equivalent to 12.5% of a 12 month salary). 1.75 months gross earnings per expert (non-technical, non-managerial) candidate hired (equivalent to 14.58% of a 12 month salary). 2 months gross earnings per IT candidate hired (equivalent to 16.66% of a 12 month salary). 2.25 months gross earnings per managerial / executive / expat candidate hired (equivalent to 18.75% of a 12 month salary)
