Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operations; Order and logistics support
- Verify courier and 3PL orders scanning and documentation matched
- Manage seller returns handovers to vendors at the station
- Administrative and procurement support l.e requisition for office supplies, office consumables and Strong integrity, vigilance, and attention to records keeping.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in security, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of E-commerce warehouse/station management systems is an added advantage.
- Security & Loss Prevention
- Enforce access control measures for staff, couriers, and visitors at the station.
- Monitor and respond timely internal CCTV request
- Manage company parking space to ensure security and order in the station
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and security policies at the station.
- Report hazards or risks that may compromise safety or operations.
- Guide staff on security awareness and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
