Job Description

Getboda is a smart on-demand logistics platform that aims to improve the lives of our partners. They partner with experienced and reliable couriers to offer e-commerce, food delivery and courier services.

 

They are looking for two(2) Remote Sales Reps to help them drive their new on demand logistics solution for trucks and one(1) Remote Sales Rep to drive the tracking and fleet management solution. This role is fully remote. 

 

The successful candidates will be tasked to; 

  • Present, promote and sell the company products & services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling/online engagement.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Share with management reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services in the market.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly revenue reports.

 

Requirements and Skills

  • At least 2 years proven track record as a sales executive/representative
  • Immense understanding of the logistics industry will be an added advantage for the On-demand Logistics Sales Rep Role
  • Experience with IT solutions sales will be an added advantage for the Fleet Management Solution Sales Rep Role
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven 
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Working Days – Monday to Friday
