The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across all business processes. The role involves managing key aspects of the business operations including ISO standards, quality management systems (QMS), risk management, and people management. The Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing productivity, fostering continuous improvement, and leading the team to meet business goals.
● Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of processes across all departments
● Monitor operational performance and develop strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
● Lead and manage projects aimed at optimizing business processes and reducing operational costs
● Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies
● Implement, lead ISO certification and audit processes, ensuring all operational practices align with ISO 9001 or other relevant standards.
● Conduct internal audits and collaborate with department heads to ensure adherence to quality processes
● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess and improve product/service quality
● Drive a culture of continuous improvement, developing initiatives to improve
● Develop Risk Management framework, identify operational risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies
● Lead, coach, and develop the different teams to meet and exceed performance expectations
● Provide direction, feedback, and professional development opportunities to ensure team growth and motivation
● Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for efficiency improvements
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with the overall business strategy
● Drive innovation by implementing new technologies and methodologies to streamline operations
● Support long-term planning initiatives, ensuring the company can scale efficiently while maintaining operational excellence
● Allocate resources effectively, manage the operations budget, ensuring cost control
● Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
● 5+ years of experience in operations management or similar roles, with a strong understanding of ISO, quality management, and risk management
● Proven experience in managing teams and driving continuous improvement in operations
● Experience with ISO standards and implementing or maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS)
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
● Excellent leadership and people management abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
● Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
● Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance standards
● Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
● Ability to enhance Process Improvement and Change Management
