Job Description

LeDrad is an Life-style media company, in the business of developing, installing and operating digital screens for Advertising

We are at a point of hiring a Negotiation Consultant/Business Development personnel. Here is a brief of the JD for the position.

1. Identify locations for business development and cooperation, e.g. office, residence, Shopping Malls, airports, SGR terminus and the right people to engage.
2. Establish business Negotiations and keep them going basing them on the right terms and conditions, until an Agreement is arrived at.
3. Assert LeDrad’s Rights under the agreement, and support the Infrastructure/Technical team to execute the Agreement, till the final product is accomplished
4. Keep in touch with the Landlord/Owner/Management, maintain proper communication and relationship, and protect LeDrad’s Right during the agreement period.
5. Provide solutions which will benefit all parties during the business development negotiations. Build and expand the relationships.
6. Have some legal awareness/knowledge to enable communication with lawyers regarding basic rules, laws, regulations of negotiations.

Requirement :
1. Bachelor degree, Majoring in Business, economy , Law or engineering.
2. Good negotiation and communication skills
3. 3-5 years experience in Business Development/ Negotiations
