Main Purpose of the Job:
-Manage all assets required to run the affiliate and online media programs, liaising with the design –Consulting and providing information to clients;
-Processing of customer requests by chat, e-mail and telephone;
-Compliance with corporate standards and procedures in order to maintain the high quality of the service offered;
-Providing timely and adequate response in solving customer problems;
-Continuous development of work skills and striving to achieve high results.
-Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

- Attention detail;
- At least 1years’ experience gaming/betting industry;
- Fluent English and Kiswahili;
- Good computer knowledge;
