Job Description

Palms Bet Kenya is looking to hire Customer Service representatives. Successful candidates will have an opportunity for career development in an International company, professional development based on up-to-date training opportunities and expertise as well as working in an open and friendly atmosphere.

Main Purpose of the Job:

-Manage all assets required to run the affiliate and online media programs, liaising with the design –Consulting and providing information to clients;

-Processing of customer requests by chat, e-mail and telephone;

-Compliance with corporate standards and procedures in order to maintain the high quality of the service offered;

-Providing timely and adequate response in solving customer problems;

-Continuous development of work skills and striving to achieve high results.

-Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention detail;
  • At least 1years’ experience gaming/betting industry;
  • Fluent English and Kiswahili;
  • Good computer knowledge;
  • Ability to work in a team;
