Site Plans: Prepare site-specific plans that integrate landscaping elements with architectural structures, ensuring seamless design and proper spatial alignment.
Detailing & Specifications: Develop detailed sections, elevations, and construction details for landscaping elements. Ensure all drawings adhere to project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with landscape architects and other design professionals to refine and adjust plans as needed. Provide technical support during the design and implementation phases of projects.
Survey Data Integration: Incorporate survey data, topographical maps, and site-specific information into CAD drawings to ensure designs are accurate and feasible.
Quality Control: Review and check designs for accuracy, ensuring all dimensions, materials, and design elements are correctly represented.
File Management: Maintain organized CAD drawing files, revisions, and project documentation to ensure quick access and updates as needed.
Revisions & Updates: Make revisions to drawings as requested by project managers or clients. Ensure that all updates are made accurately and reflect the latest design changes. Coordination with Contractors: Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure that designs are implemented as planned. Provide clarification and support as needed during the construction phase.
